We employ a participatory approach to farmer education, combining traditional knowledge with modern dairy farming techniques. Our programs are designed to be practical, accessible, and immediately applicable to our farmers' daily operations.
Our training curriculum addresses the most critical aspects of dairy farming:
Training on balanced feed formulation, pasture management, and cost-effective feeding strategies to maximize milk production.
Education on disease prevention, vaccination schedules, and basic veterinary care to maintain healthy herds.
Hygiene practices, milk handling procedures, and quality standards to ensure premium product quality.
Financial literacy, record keeping, and enterprise management skills for profitable dairy farming.
We utilize diverse approaches to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development:
Hands-on learning at model farms
Peer-to-peer learning groups
Outreach to remote communities
Reference materials in local languages
